Welcome! I’m Sarah, a Registered Dietitian, food lover, and wellness seeker. I graduated from James Madison University in May 2012 with my B.S. in Dietetics and completed my Dietetic Internship at Virginia Tech in May 2013. I passed the RD exam (yay!) in August of 2013.
I believe in striving for balance in one’s life and approaching health and happiness from all angles for a well-rounded existence. My focus is whole foods nutrition and I’m always on the lookout for new recipes, as well as experimenting with my own (at times, a risky endeavor). I also love to learn more about natural and holistic health practices from yoga to homemade beauty products.
